The following information outlines our efforts to protect your privacy and confidentiality.
Your Personal Information
Any personal information such as: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card number (if required) will not be shared with any third parties and will only be used by Intota to manage your expert interactions.
Your Credit Card Number
If you are required to enter a credit card number, your number will be transmitted using SSL encryption to prevent unauthorized use. We use a third party to process credit cards for billing purposes. Your personal information will not be stored or used by this third party.
Intota’s Agreement with our Experts
Prior to your engagement with any Intota expert, we ensure the expert has signed a confidentiality agreement to protect your proprietary interests. The expert must treat all your information as confidential and proprietary, and cannot disclose your information or your identity to any 3rd party. Patents, patent applications, trade secrets, processes, formulas or other proprietary information resulting from your interaction will be your sole property.

If you do not receive the service that you and the expert have agreed upon or are experiencing technical difficulties, please call one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-833-8055 or e-mail us at intota@guideline.com. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will credit your account.
