Intota's Agreement with our Experts
Prior to your engagement with an Intota expert, we ensure the expert has signed a confidentiality agreement to protect your proprietary interests. The expert must treat all your information as confidential and proprietary, and cannot disclose your information or your identity to any 3rd party. Patents, patent applications, trade secrets, processes, formulas or other proprietary information resulting from your interaction will be your sole property.

Use of Personal Information by Third Parties
Except as stated in this Policy, Intota does not disclose the personally identifying information collected on this website to any person or entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with Intota. Intota may disclose personally identifying information collected on this website if we believe such action is required by law or necessary to permit us to exercise our legal rights or take action regarding illegal activities, or if we have a good faith belief that you are in violation of the terms of service. Should there be a change in control of Intota or all or part of the company is sold, merged, or otherwise transferred to another entity, we may transfer personally identifying information as part of that transaction.
