She is a criminal justice lawyer and was a police inspector who managed complex investigations of organized crime and international terrorism for 5 years and then moved to international organizations. In the capacities of consultant, advisor, independent expert and project development manager, she participated in prison reform (2005-2008), monitoring police stations and correctional facilities (2009-2012), law enforcement and ant-corruption related projects (2011-2012). Her experience extends to Bosnia and USA. Expert is an efficient organizer, critical thinker, analyst, researcher and effective communicator with extensive network in the area of justice and home affairs. Worked with EC, Council of Europe, USAID, CIDA and other bilateral donors, and international community organizations in BiH.
