His Computer aided optical design experience includes some work with OPTICAD and considerable work with ZEMAX for most of his optical designs. He is also a member in OSA and SPIE.

He can provide an objective assessment of markets or technologies from which to develop appropriate strategies to help develop competitive products, analyze and research concepts relative to intellectual property, determine technical and economic product feasibility relative to market needs, investigate applications to new markets, plan for accelerated R&D, functional proof of concepts before designing and production prototype, help determine design parameters needed for market, and technical R&D coaching for clients that have internal design, fabrication, assembly, and integration capabilities.
