Expert worked on a US$15 million contract at the University of Qatar and achieved a strong working relationship with Ove Arup, the client's consulting engineers. He designed various concrete structures, hired sub-contractors and managed a large multi-national workforce.
1982 to 1982   Cherbourg, France   BECHTEL (GB) LIMITED. Cost Engineer. Expert worked on the construction of an oilrig, Mobil Beryl ‘Bravo', dealing with the cost implications of design changes, contractor claims and monthly cost reports thus helping to reduce claims by over £20million.
