He then started his master of science in welding metallurgy; his focus was on AISI 4130 steels mechanical properties before and after the welding. He was also a welding engineer in a PIC company which designed super heavy forming press. TWI co. gave him the senior level in welding inspection and he also holds the Plant inspector level 1. During his PhD he also had a project for weld ability of material according to their chemical composition.
One of his job was providing the WPS and PQR and supervision of weld tests. His references were ASME 9 and AWS D1.1. He also is familiar with some NDT processes such as ultrasonic and radiography.
