He has been an owner of several die casting machinery manufacturing companies and has represented overseas manufacturers of die casting machinery for the last 21 years. He has also been involved in die casting trim presses, die casting automation equipment and die casting die making. Expert has also been involved in the original committee that wrote the safety standard for die casting machinery and related equipment in 1971 and subsequent revisions. This is known as ANSI B152.1. He has served on industry committees over the years and held various positions on the committees. He has participated in group seminars at trade conferences and given talks on the subject to a variety of trade association local groups. He has attended every trade show held in North America since 1966 and many overseas trade shows, participating in meetings and group discussions on his areas of expertise. He has also been active for 46 years in the sale of die casting machinery and related equipment and visited hundreds of die casting facilities all over the world. He has consulted with die casting companies and potential die casting clients and advised them about the process, operation and safety of the equipment. Expert has been retained by law firms to provide expert testimony in product liability cases involving die casting machinery. He has also participated in providing consultation to individual die casting companies about the correct operation of equipment and safety issues. In his position as a leading supplier of hot chamber die casting machines to the industry for over four decades, he has provided solutions and advice to numerous clients in the field. He recently has added two new principals in the die casting field for four slide die casting equipment and cold chamber aluminum die casting machines. He is still active in this field and is in touch with the entire customer base in North America as well as Mexico and Canada and travels several times each year to visit his principals in Taiwan. This keeps him up to date on the latest developments in technology and processes. He is able to bring his skill set to analyze, develop a plan and implement the plan to his clients utilizing his experience.
