In March 2009, Expert attended a Certified Engineered Wood Manufacturing Seminar held at the Wood Laboratory at North Carolina State University. The course specialty will be Engineered Wood Flooring and Wood Floor Finishing. In October 2009, Expert attended a class at N.C State University/Wood Products Extension regarding Wood Identification for Floor Professionals.
