• Expert consultation including evaluation of plaintiff, generation of report and testimony for the defense in a sexual harassment matter. Plaintiff alleged sexual harassment by employer due to demands placed on her in workplace. Arbitrator found plaintiff's claims without basis.
• Evaluation at the request of plaintiff's counsel of an executive alleging discrimination and termination from a foreign firm based on his national origin.
• Multiple evaluations of plaintiffs who have suffered physical and psycological trauma for both plainitffs and defendants.
