Expert continues to perform vaginal breech deliveries in selected patients using standard criteria and is one of few physicians with the training and expertise in the area of vaginal breech delivery. He has been performing safe vaginal breech deliveries for over 30 years. He has presented lectures on safe vaginal deliveries in the hospital at National Meetings.

Expert has extensive experience with electronic fetal monitoring for over 30 years. He has taught fetal monitoring for over 30 years and done research in the area of fetal monitoring. He has reviewed hundreds of fetal monitor strips for cases involved in litigation as an expert.

Expert performs his own obstetric and gynecologic ultrasounds in the office and has since 1981. Expert has special interests in fetal monitoring in pregnancy (such as twins and high risk pregnancies including pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, and other medical complications in pregnancy. Fetal monitoring includes serial ultrasounds evaluations of the fetus, non stress testing with the fetal monitor, and electronic fetal monitoring during labor.

Expert has extensive expertise in gynecologic procedures over 30 years. He has performed thousands of hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and hysteroscopies. He is familiar with the complications associated with these procedures. He has reviewed hundreds of cases involving injuries due to general gynecologic procedures. He has special interests in the septate uterus and its treatment.

Expert has delivered over 7000 babies. With regard to obstetric delivery, he performs normal vaginal deliveries, operative vaginal deliveries, has extensive experience in safe forceps and vacuum deliveries, breech vaginal deliveries, and cesarean sections when indicated. He has managed a number of ruptured uteruses as an on call emergency obstetrician. He is a consultant for obstetric deliveries to midwives, Family Practice attendings, residents, and other younger obstetricians when breech presentations occur and forceps are indicated and more expertise is requested.
