He has extensive clinical experience in the management of allergic conditions, especially asthma, urticaria, food allergies and drug allergy. His professional experience includes over 30 years of academic experiences. He is currently a lecturer, providing other physicians insight in the management of conditions such as asthma, urticaria, food allergies and drug allergies. He also holds an academic appointment as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at New York Medical College teaching pediatric residents and pediatric pulmonary fellows.

Expert specializes exclusively in allergic diseases of children and adults. This includes patients with asthma, high fever, sinus problems, hives, eczema, food sensitivities and drug reactions focusing on a detailed history of the patients problems. He continues to participate in continuing education programs to inform and teach allergy conditions management, particularly in pediatrics.

He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, American College of Allergy, American Academy of Allergy, American Academy of Pediatrics, American Medical Association, Medical Society of the State of New York, Westchester Medical Society, New York Allergy Society, Westchester Allergy Society, New York State Society of Allergy, and the American Lung Association.

He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.

Expert has been Co-founder and Physician Advisor of the Parents of Asthmatic and Allergic Children of Westchester and has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for several national and local associations including the American Lung Association. He has also held Academic Appointments as Instructor of the Dept of Pediatrics at the University of Southern California, and currently hold that position at Albert Einstein College of Medicine as well as Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at New York Medical College. He has held the position of chief, Attending Physician, Clinical Assistant and Consultant at several different hospitals in the past ten years. He is also a Founding Editor and Co Editor- in -Chief of a Asthma Management journal.

He is part of the Honorary Society, Phi Beta Kappa.

Expert completed his internship and residency in Pediatrics at Bronx Municipal Hospital Center in 1976 and his fellowship in Allergy and Clinical Immunology at St. Vincent Hospital and Medical Center in 1978.
