He has been very involved in quality and safety across the hospital and currently leads the peer review process. Expert also was involved from the start with the CPOE (EMR) for a 3 hospital system at the development stage as well as the implementation stage. His experience and knowledge with Hospital Administration include duties such as budget process to managing the daily routine of running a hospital. His experience includes also being involved as chairman of various committees including the Credentials Committee, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, and the Emergency Medical Committee to name a few.
