Expert has investgated the possible effect of solvent extraction in relationship to conductive rubber performance. Expert has designed compounds that will function over a wide range of harsh environments. Solvents include MEK, Toluene and Chlorinated solutions.

Expert has developed a wide range of electrically conductive rubber compounds. His development includes both solid rubber and sponge. Several bais transfer rollers and imaging rollers have been developed based upon Expert technical expertise.

Expert has worked with most of the polymer compounding companies. This includes international companies. Expert expertise in this area includes FKM's, PU's, NBR's and EPDM's.

Expert has assisted application engineers in selecting the correct polymer in regards to the customer's application. Expert was instrumental in providing a major automotive customer with the correct polymer when converting from R22/R12 to R134 freon in their air conditioning systems.

Expert's main expertise is in rubber compounding. This includes compound development, implementation and process improvements. Expert has developed over 200 compounds. Customers include automovtive, aerospace and insdustrial.
