Profile Expert Pharm.D. is a docotr of pharmacy & is currently the Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator at Saint Peter's University Hospital, an 500 bed academic medical center. She received a Doctorate Of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from University of Arkansas Medical Sciences University in Little Rock, AK. She received her completed her Pharm.D.internship in Ambulatory Adult Care from the University Hospital of UAMS and then received specialized training in Pediatric & Neonatal Care. She currently serves as the co-chair of pharmacy/therapeutics at Saint Peter's University Hospital, in New Brunswick New Jersey. She has practiced as a clinical clinical coordinator in acute care hospital settings for 7 years. Before that she was a Drug Safety Associate at Pfizer Pharmaceutics, in the government/regulatory affairs department and clinical research dealing mainly with local submission of safety cases (serious & non-serious cases) of select drugs, among which were Lipitor, Viagra, Depo-Provera, Prem-Pro. Among cases involving these agents, Expert also revised drug package inserts & served as a pharmacology expert witness in litigations involved with the combination hormaonal drug, Depo-Provera. She chairs the Anticoagulation Therapy Subcommittee at Saint Peter's University Hospital (SPUH) & developed a warfarin (Coumadin) & heparin protocol programs to insure the safe & appropriate therapy of these two High Risk Agents to patients,on an inpatient as well as an outpatient setting. Expert also co-chairs the drug-related morbidity subcommittees at SPUH. As a clinical pharmacist, she directed, developed,& worked as an information specialist at four university-based drug information centers.
