With more than 38 years of IT experience, Expert is responsible for the product development of CAI's Legacy Application Support service offerings (Managed Maintenance and Tracer). Most of Expert's IT career had been spent as a senior executive in large IT organizations with a particular focus on process re-engineering, process management and managing by metrics. Most recently, Expert was published in the February 26th, 2007 issue of Computerworld. His article, 25 Time-Tested Truths About IT Support generated response from Computerworld readers around the world. Expert also authored eighteen process guides and training manuals on all aspects of “Out-sourcing Application Support,” i.e. Environment Assessment, Transition, Work Flow Processing, Operations Management, Transition, and Quality Assurance. Expert and his team insure that CAI's Legacy Application Support processes are compliant with both CMMI Level 4 and the ITIL V3Service Management Lifecycle. Expert is the principal architect of CAI's process management, event tracking, and resource management tool, “Tracer.” This software tool works in conjunction with CAI's Legacy Application Support service… insuring process compliance within the support team. The “Tracer” tool tracks, measures and reports on work, time distribution and service level performance (SLA). Expert built CAI's Production Support & Training department. This department is responsible for all CAI's printed collateral as well as developing class room and multimedia training for CAI's Legacy Application Support service. CAI's Production Support & Training department is also responsible for delivering, tracking and improving all corporate training programs.
