He was in charge of one of the largest real estate complexes in the world - the World Trade Center. He is the author of a best selling book on negotiating. Renowned as one of the nation's top negotiation experts, Expert has gone head-to-head against top executives from such global powerhouses as Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, Dean Witter, The Commodities Exchange, The Society of Security Analysts, The Gap, JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, HSBC, Marsh and McLennan, Daiichi Kangyo Bank, Allstate Insurance, The Bank of Tokyo, Bank of Taiwan, Duane Reade, McDonald's, Charles Schwab and hundreds of other companies. He's even taken on national governments, including Japan and Russia. As a speaker, Expert has established an enviable reputation on the international circuit, particularly in China, Japan and throughout Europe. The media often seek his expertise on real estate, architecture and business. He consults with corporations, governments and individuals worldwide, and he has traveled to more than 40 countries. Expert serves as president of Expert's Firm International Properties Group (IPG) in New York. He is also principal of Real Estate Capital of America (RECAP), which provides full-service real estate financing.
He has managed one of the world's largest real estate portfolios, which included the World Trade Center in New York. During his 25-year career, Expert has taken part in more real estate negotiations than most real estate professionals
in the world today. Expert sits on the board of directors for the National Kidney Foundation. He maintains active memberships in several professional organizations and chambers of commerce, including CoreNet Global, formerly the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (NACORE); The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY); the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR); the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); and the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. He earned an associates degree in construction management from New York University and a bachelor's degree in architecture from New York Institute of Technology. Expert returned to New York University for his master's degree in real estate development. He is now a doctoral candidate in international business at Pace University.

His core responsibilities include managing the strategic plan, leasing, privatization, operations, marketing, financial analyses and budgeting. He was responsible for closing one of the largest retail transactions in New York City and achieving the highest income level in the history of the World Trade Center.
