Has both project management and general management experience. Has been project manager on approximately 175 projects. Was operations manager for a 150 person engineering firm, and have frequently managed design teams and design departments. Has served as staff to technical agencies assisting them select, hire and manage other consultants. Forensic Engineering Experience. Has served as forensic technical consultant, expert witness, or claims analyst on approximately 75 projects. Forensic expertise includes: water; wastewater; sewers; septic tanks; leach fields; sewage leaks, spills and overflows; backwater valves; treatment plants; pump stations; drainage; stormwater; coliform contamination; acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin pipe.
