New York Power Authority: Expert serves as Project Manager for the security assessments and systems design peer review conducted during a five year master consulting agreement with the Authority in order to mitigate security threats and recommend improvements to security systems and operations where appropriate. He is responsible for conducting field surveys of multiple facilities including the Niagara Power Project, one of the nation's largest hydroelectric power facilities.

City of Los Angeles: Expert served as Lead Project Consultant and Project Manager in providing security evaluations, planning, design, specifications, and construction administration services for more than 200 City owned facilities and special events throughout the Los Angeles area. Systems include alarm, access control, identification badging, video surveillance, digital video recording, network video, intercom, and emergency telephone systems.

University of Southern California: Expert serves as Project Manager in providing design, specifications, and construction administration services for a new parking structure and campus center facility as part of a $10 million campus wide security systems upgrade. Systems include access control, intrusion detection, parking control, video surveillance, and emergency call for assistance stations. He works closely with design team, door hardware specifiers and campus office of public safety to ensure campus security needs are properly implemented. Expert also performed extensive construction coordination and system commissioning between contractors, users and facility stakeholders

King County, Seattle Washington: Expert serves as the Project Manager for the countywide security needs assessments and implementation plan. King county operates roughly 200 facilities ranging from courts, jails, office buildings, health clinics, permit centers, an emergency dispatch center, data centers, law enforcement precincts, public works, and transportation facilities. Many King County facilities house multiple departments, entities and/or user groups, which serve to amplify the challenge of protecting not only the facility but also the assets and users therein. Expert conducted staff interviews and facilitated approximately 35 site surveys of King County facilities. The team worked closely with King County staff and their Security Oversight Committee to obtain consensus on the prioritized needs for security improvements and enhancements. Following the assessment work, Expert is leading the execution of a strategic Implementation Plan to serve as a blue print for security improvements at major facilities. This implementation plan includes department specific templates, detailed guidelines, performance criteria, standardized design drawings and specifications.

Nestle USA: Expert served as Project Manager for the renovation and replacement of security systems at the United States headquarters of the world's largest food company. Systems included Alarm, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Visitor Management, Video Surveillance, Digital Recording, Parking Control, and Intercommunications. He worked closely with Nestle management and building ownership to ensure company requirements in this architecturally sensitive historical building were met. Expert led the custom design of the security lobby entry, visitor management system, command center console, and rebuild of the head end systems location. He also produced biddable construction drawings and specification, solicited bidders, evaluated the bids, oversaw the installation, and approved the installed systems.
