He represented the public safety division which provided software for the Police, Fire and Medical Emergency command and control at the Motorola corporate strategy office.

Expert has been in the IT industry for over 26 years and served in leadership position to develop new computer platforms, parallel and distributes computing HW and SW and large scale IT systems. He has led small tiger-team development team to large, over 200 IT engineers, in four companies across all the platforms, HW, OS, and programming languages.

Expert was part of the principal management team who turned around the Printrak International and successfully took the company public in 1995. This followed up with leading five successful acquisition and integrations. Then he led the sales of the Printrak International to Motorola in 2000 and was the key manger in charge of the transition and integration of the company in the corporate Motorola.

Expert's experience at Printrak International, Mikohn, and Motorola involved direct management of design and development centers ( direct report responsibility) in Netherlands, UK, Australia, Bulgaria, and China. This involved recruitment, technology development road map and transfer of technology to the HQ back in the US.
The development of the team which started in 2005 was one of the significant success stories in the Motorola Biometrics business unit history. The team helped develop the technology which put the Motorola fingerprint identification ahead of competition in the National Institute of Technology product tests. This was accomplished in less that 18 months.

As a key management team at Printrak International and then at Mikohn and Motorola, Expert was involved with organizational development, re-organization under new operation, resource planning and allocation, organizational charts and management set up for both private and public and large corporation environment.

Due to his intimate knowledge of the product portfolio and the market/customer needs and his leadership in the partnership, Expert was called in to support the large strategic accounts in writing the key critical of the proposals He has participated in the red-team reviews and management of the Sales cycle, including review of RFP, attending the customer Q&A, and final oral presentation of the proposal.

General Purpose Machine Laboratory – a Hi-tech company specializing in network computers and large scale computing with contracts from NASA and US Army.
Ecotone Engineering – a hi-tech consulting company in artificial intelligence and neural network computing.
Eco Imaging Inc. – A company in document imaging and office automation solutions and processes;
Wave Instruments – An advanced electronic instrumentation deign and development company for bio-hazard detectors and environmental monitoring.
Ecommerce - A company involved in internet portal development, the main concept of the development of virtual shopping mall and entertainment center.
Kebaili Inc – A hi tech company in development of nanotechnology gas detection sensors and advance explosive and bio-hazard detectors.
Expert's Firm – A consulting company with expertise in Biometrics identification industry.

Expert has co-authored over one hundred technical publication in the area of computer systems, computer vision, intelligent systems, signals and systems. And has 12 awarded and pending patents in the Biometrics Identification.

Expert holds the positions of Research Manager, Director of development and Vice President of Engineering with up to 200 engineering staff reporting to him. He has track record of successful execution of new product development in the area of Biometrics Identification.

At Motorola Biometrics Business Unit he led a group of the specialists, IT, Biometrics, and Systems Engineers to plan out the technology ingredient and plans for the products.
