With 17 years of experience in all aspects of the automotive from new car sales to collision repair and beyond, Expert offers a unique set of tools to assist you and your client. There are few entities and/or organizations that look out for the welfare and well being of the consumer regarding collision related repairs. While services are rendered to all parties, Auto Damage Expert., does not have any business alliances with any insurance carriers (i.e. direct repair, or preferred provider agreements, etc.). They have championed consumer rights regarding the disclosure and use of aftermarket crash (non original equipment) parts as well as protecting the consumer's right to select a collision repairer facility of their choosing (vs. being mandated to use a facility chosen by an insurance carrier) for their repair. Additionally, their efforts are used to aid and protect all parties from the harmful practices and effects of repair and/or insurance fraud. Their services are provided to all parties including consumers, insurers, legal council, plaintiffs, defendants and local and state governmental agencies. |
