He obtained his California General Contracting license (B) in 1984 and his California General Engineering License in 1997. He has built SFR's, Condo Projects, Shopping Centers and two prominent Churches in LA as a general contractor. He has also worked as a Project Manager for an underground utility company for rehabilitation of $20,000,000 sewer project in Los Angeles. He has taught construction courses such as estimating, scheduling, construction contract disputes and other related courses at Indiana State University and Washington State University for 4 years.
