automotive heat exchanger expert
heat exchanger expert
air-cooled heat exchanger expert |
He designed various automotive heat exchangers (Condenser, Gas-cooler, Evaporator, Radiator, Transmission oil cooler, Coax tube heat exchanger, Glycol-refrigerant heater, PTC heater, Secondary gas-cooler, 3Fluid heat exchanger, etc). He introduced diverse inventions and improvements in the area of automotive heat exchanger design and initiated several new heat exchanger concepts (3 Fluid air/R744/glycol heat exchanger, Condensate sprayed gas-cooler, etc). He is the author of around 20 international patents in the area of R744 heat exchangers and automotive heat exchangers. He managed to improve radically air side heat transfer of automotive heat exchangers by introducing various inventive features (designing advanced louver fin, diminishing condensed water retention at evaporators air side, re-packaging and coupling automotive heat exchangers for better air side heat transfer efficiency, etc). He developed internal heat-loss protection methodology for high inner fluid temperature change air cooled heat exchangers.
