He is familiar with the full scope of sewer design service from sewage generation calculation, pipe size determination, alignment selection, and construction document. He has designed many complicated storm drainage systems which consist of open channel, culvert, underground pipe/box, and detention basins. Expert is familiar with Sections related to stormwater in Clean Water Act. He has experience in stormwater quality control for both construction phase and post-construction phase. Expert has strong background in dealing with stormwater both quantitatively and qualitatively. He has developed Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and Water Quality Management Plan for many projects.

Expert is familiar with both phase I and phase II of NPDES program. He is familiar with TMDL and 303(d) list. Expert has a good understanding of pollutants of concern associated with different land development projects, selection of treatment BMPs, and design procedure for both flow-based and volume-based structural treatment BMPs. He has developed and reviewed SWPPP and WQMP for many projects.

He has strong understanding in pollutants of concern in urban runoff and the importance of urban runoff to water quality of waters in the United States.
