He was the extension services specialist for the PRC\88\007 in Congo Brazzaville. He was the expert that worked with more than 200 fish farmers to raise Tilapia Nilotica. He organized training for: aquaculture project, hatchery management, fishery processing and quality system, and marketing.

• He helps third country governments, agencies and Competent Authorities to be accredited to export fishery\Aquaculture products in the main markets of EU, USA and Japan. He is specialized in fishery quality assessment for private and public bodies and also for litigation cases. He works for the projects that train the Private sector and competent Authorities in the above subjects.
• He actively collaborate as scientific advisors in large private integrated fishery\aquaculture project providing all the necessary information to project, organize and execute the structure. The integrated project includes fishery vessels, aquaculture of crustacean and fish, processing plant, feed factory, and fish flower mill. He took care from the production to processing and marketing of the fishery products. He is requested to follow the project from the initial phase to the training and start up phases. Innovative GIS systems are developed to manage appropriately and visually so large activities.
• He is specializes in constructed wetlands wastewater management systems. The system includes plant, bacteria, algae and fish that permit to clean high BOD and BOC waters.
• He knows very well the equipments markets for fishery, aquaculture and processing. He is requested to equip project and fishery activities with innovative products. He is also requested to find markets for processed fishery products.
• He work for the development of the most poor artisanal fishery group in third country (marine\inland) to protect the environment and to have a sustainable fishery activities. He follows the principle of responsible aquaculture and fishery activities.
