Expert has been using a Microwave Process along with CVD Process for producing 100% man made Diamond for several years. He has used many substrates for the Thin Film Microwave process including Ceramics i.e.: Silicon Nitride. He also states there are many applications for Diamond Thin Film Coatings including Cutting Tools i.e.: Machining Aluminum. Diamond can transfer heat faster than any other material and the Electronics applications are vast.
Expert was recruited by the Norton Company (before the purchase by St.Gobain) to develop a National Distribution Network for the sales and strategic marketing of their Advanced Ceramics, Diamond and Diamond Film Products resulting in over One Hundred Million Dollars in sales.
