Managed an extensive number of farmer product performance enquiries and complaints involving a wide range of agricultural chemical products in a very diverse range of crops for companies including multi national and many other smaller companies. This included the successful negotiations of complaint resolution with both farmers and Agricultural Chemical Companies and Insurance Companies. • Expert has been involved with the management of large horticultural complaints involving extensive crop damage and extensive financial losses; with ongoing loss assessments, as well as managing and minimizing ongoing damage; including the provision of a comprehensive report in relation to losses sustained. Extensive ongoing negotiations resulted in an amicable and satisfactory resolution for all parties. • Managed plant back issues & crop damage with soil active herbicides including management of Research and Development of soil active herbicides and subsequent plant back issues. • Managed Product Performance Enquiries (PPE's) for southern Australia (WA, SA, Vic, Tas, Sthn NSW) for glyphosate and other ag-chemical products for 6 years. • Extensive experience with agricultural chemcials, including performance factors, compatibilities, water quality, surfactants, application, crop damage, spray drift and resistance. • Research and Development experience assessing crop damage, pest, weed and disease control, growth reduction, plant backs and crop injury symptoms.
