Expert has 40 years experience in all aspects of vessels and tanks including being a member of the API Subcommittee on Aboveground Tanks and was an API Instructor. He is a former chairman of the ASME Pressure Vessel Code Special Working Group on Toughness and was an ASME Code Instructor.
