He has worked with diapers for more than 26 years. He used to be General Director of a baby diaper factory in Mexico with sales in excess of 70 MM dollars per year and more than 500 workers. He is an expert on the topic of diaper performance. He has reviewed hundreds of consumer test reports that had to do with disposable diapers. He has also evaluated diaper performance in many markets, including China, Taiwan, India, African countries, Eastern and Western Europe, Middle East, Northamerica and South America. He is currently the designated diaper expert helping a large trading company located in Europe, they are the third largest buyer of diapers in the world.

Expert has been hired by several Nonwoven Producers to train their technical staff (Tesalca Spain, Dominion Nonwovens Argentina, Bonlam Colombia, PGI Brazil, PetroChim Chile, etc.) He has developed an intensive training seminar to help nonwoven producers to understand diaper manufacturing needs and help them comply with all requirements. He has also helped many diaper factories to optimize the use of the nonwoven coverstock providing recommendations regarding the proper use of the ADL, the SMS legcuff material, and Cloth like laminations. He has also worked in research and development projects with synthetic nonwoven (airlaid) producers.

Expert managed one of the first diaper factories to install automatic diaper vision systems back in 1989. He has kept updated with all new technologies related to image acquisition and also was personally involved with the training of dozens of diaper machine operators. He understands the fine tunning requirements for process control to make an inspection window without the risk of false alarms.

Expert has been hired to perform diaper analysis and benchmark studies in many places, including India, China, Taiwan, Europe, Middle East and America.
