This includes assessing the possible association between chemicals and specific diseases as well as re-creating exposure scenarios from historical records or data. The expert has acted as experts in litigation for such issues as chemical exposure, asbestos, solvents, PCB's, and other environmental issues.

As experts and expert witness, the expert offers litigation support in Industrial Hygiene chemical exposure, toxicology, Indoor Air Quality, health physics, workers compensation, recreating exposure situations, testing for chemicals or physical agents as noise & radiation, and microbiological agents. The expert has all the experience required to understand the specific requirements related to OSHA & EPA regulations, NIOSH criteria documents, ACGIH publications, as well as universally accepted protocols established in private and public sector for providing risk assessments, base line surveys, detailed monitoring surveys, project management, organizational development and liability issues.

The expert has expanded services in indoor air quality, asbestos abatement, consulting, environmental, lead, hazard communication/right-to-know, hazardous waste related services, EPA Phase I & II property assessments, and underground storage tanks have gradually been added to the original capabilities in industrial hygiene, safety, and loss control.
