Expert has an MS in Ceramic Engineering and has worked in the ceramic industry for all of his career except for his last position. He worked as a development and process engineer for the following ceramic fields: high alumina ceramic substrates, whitewares (porcelain insulators, vitreous and non-vitreous porcelain), cerdip and multilayer ceramics, ferrites, and vacuum hot pressed products for semiconductor and armor industries. He has been responsible for the improvement of process resulting in improved yields and efficiencies. He has expertise in process controls and has implemented computerized statistical process control and data analysis.
