Expert personally designed and implemented the first fully interactive intranet in the U.S. Air Force (and he successfully completed this complicated task in about one-third of the time and half the cost of other contractor estimates). He has designed and implemented or managed the design and implementation of numerous Web-driven database projects, with varying levels of sophistication and complexity for a diverse set of users in the Air Force and Army, as well as other government agencies. All have been extremely well received and his approach has been adopted as the command-wide model for other similar Internet database requirements.
