Awards/Recognition
He is the 1969 recipient of the international E.I. DuPont Gold Medal Award. In 1980, he received the Coleman Memorial Award of Great Britain from the British Institute of Physics. Expert was named Engineer of the Year by the Wisconsin Society of Professional Engineers in 1981. Also in 1981, the Professional Photographers of America conferred upon him the honorary degree Master of Photography for his important contributions to the photographic sciences. In 1992 he was awarded the Andrew H. Payne Award by the American Academy of Forensic Sciences.His name is listed in the current editions of World Who's Who in Commerce and Industry, Personalities of the West and Midwest, Engineers of Distinction, Who's Who in Engineering, American Men & Women of Science, Who's Who Registry, Men of Achievement, and Dictionary of International Biography.
