The bakery additives with which he has worked include dough conditioners and improvers, flour bleaching and maturing agents, and leavening agents. He has worked with certified and other artificial colors and material and synthetic flavors. Expert has assisted in the addition of aroma to instant coffee. He is experienced in the microencapsulation of flavors, antibiotics, and analgesics. He is skilled in utilizing citrus by-products, has performed pectin research, is knowledgeable of juice operations, and has advised a foreign country on citrus growing. Expert has formulated nationally distributed "boil in bag" frozen vegetable products, and is experienced in canning and dehydrating fruits and vegetables. In addition, Expert is knowledgeable of food storage, shelf-life testing, food freezing and extrusion, and international food processing equipment.
FOOD IMPORTING AND EXPORTING. With over 25 years of experience in food importing/exporting, Expert has working knowledge of exporting fish and food products to Japan. He has located esoteric foods and ingredients. Additionally, he is familiar with new fruits and vegetables (including tropical).
