Expert is an expert in extracting sodium chloride from seawater, terminal lakes such as the Dead Sea and Great Salt Lake, and from underground brine, salt domes, and salt salars. This experience was gained from 35 years of experience working with and consulting with over 35 salt operations all over the world.

Expert wrote the article on sodium sulfate for the Kirk-Othmer Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology. He has worked with the production of anhydrous sodium sulfate from the Great Salt Lake, and at many other sites around the world during the last 40 years.
