He has also conducted sensory evaluations using outside laboratories.

Expert has a fully-functional, 7500 square-foot pilot laboratory, and is adept with many laboratory processes, including frozen foods, refrigerated foods, canned foods, and air and drum-dried dehydrated foods. He also has a working relationship with Washington State University's Food Science and Human Nutrition Department Laboratory for freeze-drying and spray drying capabilities. Currently Expert is adding a complete microbiology testing facility.
