CHROMATOGRAPHY. For the past 20 years, Expert has specialized in many different sub-fields of chromatography, including HPLC, gas chromatography, affinity chromatography, and ion chromatography. He has published papers in all of these fields. Additionally, he has experience in molecular exclusion chromatography of biomolecules. CALORIMETRY. Expert has done a great deal of research in thermoanalytical chemistry (DSC, thermometric titration). He has approximately 30 papers in this field. FLOW INJECTION ANALYSIS. Expert has published many papers on flow injection analysis, particularly in conjunction with the use of enzymes. ORGANIC SOLVENT. Expert has published a number of papers on the study of physical and chemical properties of organic solvents. He is especially interested in the phenomena of solvent effects on spectra, ratio, equilibrium, and phase separation. CHEMICAL SEPARATION; BIOCHEMICAL SEPARATION. Expert has done a great deal of research on the thermodynamic and kinetic factors involved in adsorption, diffusion in fluids, and ion exchange (cation and anion). ELECTROANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY; TITRATION. Expert has published a number of papers on ion selective electrodes, immobilized enzyme electrodes, and titration. He is an expert in the area of acid-bore chemistry. He has extensive experience in conductimetric analysis, polarography, potentiometric analysis, voltommetry, and analysis of organic functional groups. CHEMICAL ANALYSIS. Expert has published papers on chemical analysis of inorganic and organic species by both GC and HPLC, atomic spectroscopy, enzyme analysis, and other methods. ENZYME IMMOBILIZATION. Expert has published many papers on the use of enzymes and immobilized enzymes in chemical analysis. He also has published a book in this field.
