Expert's primary area of expertise is matching performance requirements of bonded assemblies with adhesives that can fulfill them and fit comfortably into the manufacturing process. He maximizes adhesive applications in order to reduce labor input, thus strengthening the assembly and speeding production. MIXERS. Expert has designed and developed various devices for mixing and applying one and two component adhesive systems. He holds a patent on a mixer for two part systems. In addition, he has designed custom systems for numerous customers. ULTRAVIOLET-CURABLE ADHESIVES. Expert has had 18 years of involvement with UV cured adhesives for glass and plastic assembly, along with UV equipment design and development capability. His specialty also includes medical (USPVI) adhesives. METHACRYLATE ADHESIVES. Expert has been in the forefront of selection, application, use, and product development of methacrylate adhesives for over 20 years, and has consulted to numerous plastic suppliers and manufacturing concerns.
