He is the author of "Internetworking LANs and WANs," "Practical Network Design," and "LAN Performance (2nd Edition)," all published by John Wiley and Sons. Expert is experienced in setting up Internet connections via Token-Ring and Ethernet LANs. He has worked with FTP and WWW servers and is skilled in hypertext markup language (HTML) document creation. He is knowledgeable of the configuration of various software products including TCP/IP and IPX stacks.
