The activities consisted of creating a Quality Assurance Policy Manual, establishing procedures to implement the policies, setting up documentation controls, quality control inspection points, training quality personnel, conducting quality audits, and working with customers to ensure their requirements were met. A program of continuing quality improvement is a major focus.
