MATERIALS. Expert has consulted on high voltage
inorganic (micaceous, glass) and organic polymers for
electrical insulation. He has 42 years experience in
developing electrical insulation systems for generators and
other electrical equipment. He has worked with electrical
wire insulation, electrically insulating paper, and
electrical tape. EPOXY RESIN; POLYESTER RESIN; HIGH TEMPERATURE RESINS AND
POLYMERS. Expert's consultation and career experience
has been involved with the application and use of epoxy and
polyester resins and other high-temperature polymers in
electrical insulation systems, luminated systems, and
non-woven glass papers for PC systems. He has knowledge
of water dispersable epoxy resins as well as UV-cured epoxy
resins, cationic cured epoxy resins.
POWER GENERATION SYSTEM CORROSION; GEOTHERMAL ENERGY;
GEOTHERMAL CORROSION. Expert has spent a significant
portion of his career (20 years) working with technical
problems associated with geothermal energy applications,
including corrosion, steam chemistry and purification, and
geothermal materials. FIRE RESISTANT HYDRAULIC FLUID; FIRE RESISTANT LUBRICANT.
Expert has considerable consulting experience and has
performed much work in the chemistry and application of
fire resistant fluids in turbine hydraulic and lubrication
systems. Since retirement from General Electric, in his work for
Expert's Firm ,he has consulted for over 3O large
and small companies, government agencies and universities
in the polymer and nanotechnology fields and some areas
associated with power generation, as noted above.
