PROJECT MANAGEMENT; RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT. Expert has a broad background in the management and development of high technology instruments and systems. He has served as project manager for numerous aerospace development projects as well as commercial product developments. He has recently taught Project Management courses at the University of Colorado. Expert's courses covered all aspects of project management. This includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, monitor/control, and uncertainty management. He has had a great deal of experience in the preparation of winning proposals. He currently assists clients in technology assessment, proposal planning and preparation, systems engineering, and project planning.

RISK MANAGEMENT; RISK ANALYSIS TECHNIQUES; UNCERTAINTY MANAGEMENT. Expert has been a pioneer in the development and practical application of a structured uncertainty management system. He has developed a sophisticated software tool to facilitate this critical project management discipline. He uses a life cycle approach which promotes meaningful analysis and continuing monitor and control of both risks and opportunities. Return-on-investment techniques are employed to select appropriate management responses to identified uncertainties.
