He has worked extensively with voice, high and low-speed data, and automatically synchronizing key generators, and is well-versed in their associated problems, including key distribution techniques, synchronization techniques, and tempest. SPREAD SPECTRUM TECHNIQUES. Expert is an authority on spread spectrum techniques used for security and encryption. Spread Spectrum uses very low power, making it impervious to detection. He has in-depth knowledge of spread spectrum packet radio systems, and is very familiar with such encryption techniques as key auto-key, cipher text auto-key, and long cycle generators. SATELLITE COMMUNICATION AND TELEPHONE SYSTEM INTERFACES. Expert's expertise includes satellite communication and telephone system interfaces. He is familiar with most contemporary circuit switching equipment, as well as store and forward switching systems, and has worked with packet switching systems. During his career, he was also responsible for research and development in radar target interpretation techniques. MATHEMATICS. Expert is proficient in mathematics, particularly in the area of mathematics applied to security systems and codes. This includes the generation of pseudo-random generators, as well as the superposition of random codes on clear data.
