This process starts with an internal evaluation, then continues with policy and mission statements and the establishment of a steering committee to draw up specific action plans, and to implement and maintain subsequent processes. She works to put employee training requirements into effect. Expert is one of only three consultants recommended to McDonalds Corporation suppliers for TQM.

Expert aided international food suppliers such as McDonalds Corporation in establishing and implementing a total quality management process. For McDonalds, both the strategic (vision, mission, and management) and tactical portions were addressed in her implementation plan. Tactical items included continuous improvement methods, achieving process capability, employee empowerment, benchmarking, and process optimization.

Expert has an extensive background aiding organizations implement systems that comply with ISO 9000 and ISO 9001 registration requirements. This experience includes preliminary audits, manual preparation, and procedures and practices implementation. The result of these audits is a gap analysis report identifying strengths and weaknesses that the company can use to determine what needs to be done to meet the requirements. She currently works as an auditor with a major US, RAB and RVC accredited registrar.

In helping organizations achieve ISO 9000 or QS 9000 registration, Expert has conducted group analyses, 3 tiers of documentation, employee training, and internal auditor training. In addition, she has evaluated and improved manufacturing and support systems. She documented a quality policy manual and some associated procedures as well as work instructions.

Expert has an extensive background establishing internal and external auditing programs of various types. She has dealt with variables in program planning, resources needed, procedures, audit criteria, etc. She conducts auditing training and has to date trained over 1500 people. Her training program is ideal for a CQA review and can be customized to specific requirements.

Expert has worked with engineering and manufacturing organizations to implement processes to insure that the established quality requirements are met. She has worked extensively with Motorola, training their staff in design for manufacturability.

She has been involved in determining current process/product capability, eliminating assignable variation, and improving current methods/capability to produce a product. She has established applicable control methods to maintain improvement. She has also evaluated entire facilities to determine and implement appropriate control methods.

Expert set up a certification documentation process for employees and clients. She also established an external auditing process and trained auditors.

Expert designs experiments, and uses Gage R&R studies and statistical process control to solve production quality problems and increase productivity while identifying problems and solutions. Techniques at hand include cause & effect analysis, Pareto diagrams, basic statistics, histograms, multi-vari analysis, attribute control charts, variable control charts, process capability, full & fraction factorials, etc. Expert has written applied statistics training programs for major international corporations.

Expert uses QFD to ensure that "voice of the customer" and design-for-manufacturability are incorporated into product design. She has helped several manufacturers (i.e., bar code printers and food) in the QFD process. She has also worked with major US corporations to implement QFD into their design process. Included in her work is marketing data gathering and processing for input and completion of House of Quality (HOQ). Her training programs have been used by over 400 individuals.
