He is currently working on passivations for flexible cables.

Expert has more than 10 years of experience in the synthesis, application, research and development, and reliability of silicon nitride as passivation in semiconductor devices and integrated circuits.

Expert has significant practical knowledge of semiconductor metallizations. He has been involved in the sputtering of many semiconductor metallizations such as gold, titanium nitride, iridium, titanium-tungsten, and titanium. He is presently engaged in the research and development of thin film superconductors such as YBCO and TBCCO as the interconnects in multi-chip modules.

Expert started his EE career as a product engineer for switching converter integrated circuits. He was involved in the design, fabrication, and application of switching converter ICs. He is currently working on the development of switching audio amplifiers at the Expert's University. He has also written a book entitled "Power-Switching Converters" published by Marcel-Dekker in 1995.

Expert has 15 years of experience in the reliability aspects of integrated circuits, power semiconductor devices, and multichip modules. He is involved mainly in the reliability of passivation.
